What we collect

When you request a date or ask a question on this site, we receive what you type: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, your event date, hours, guest count and notes.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, confirm your booking and send reminders about your event. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.

Text messages

By sending a request you agree to get text messages from The Retreat at Rhodes about that request and your event. How often depends on your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
