Bring your own everything.

Your caterer, or your cooking.

Bring food from anywhere or hire any caterer. The prep kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and sink. Cooking happens outdoors only, on self-contained equipment at least 10 feet from the building.

BYOB, with event insurance.

Buy a one-day liquor liability policy at Eventsured (or similar) and send us the certificate before your party. Rather have someone pour? Bring a licensed TABC bartender, and we can recommend one.

Decorate however you want.

Balloon arches, backdrops, signs, the works. Tie decor to the beams with fishing line, rope or ribbon, and skip the nails, staples and tape. Glitter, confetti, sand, hay, rice and silly string stay home.

An easy exit at the end of the night.

Take home what you brought and run the trash to the dumpster by the gate. Leave the tables, chairs and rented tablecloths where they are, lock up and close the gate. We handle the cleaning.

Price your party.

Pick a day and how long you need the place. Each day in the calendar shows its hourly rate, so you can see where the deals are. You never pay for more than 8 hours: book 8 and the whole day is yours, 8 AM to 11 PM, at no extra charge.

The questions people call about.

Still stuck? Text 806-786-1311 and we’ll get back to you.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes. Buy a one-day liquor liability policy at Eventsured (or similar) and send us the certificate of insurance before your event. If someone else supplies the alcohol, they need a licensed TABC bartender with their own setup. No shots, and no underage drinking.

Can we bring our own food or caterer?

Absolutely. Bring your own food or hire any caterer you like. The prep kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwashing sink.

Can we cook or grill?

Not inside. Self-contained outdoor cooking is fine at least 10 feet from the building, using the outdoor outlets, as long as no doors are blocked.

How many people fit?

Up to 100 guests. The hall seats 80 at the ten round tables, and there are 85 folding chairs.

What hours can we book?

Any time from 8 AM to 11 PM, with a three-hour minimum. You never pay for more than 8 hours, so book 8 and the whole day is yours at no extra charge. Book enough time for your setup and cleanup.

Can we see the venue first?

Yes. Walkthroughs run 10 AM to 5:30 PM, or by appointment outside those hours when there isn’t an event. Text us to set one up.

How much is the deposit?

50% of your total holds your date: the rental, the $100 cleaning fee and the $100 refundable damage deposit. The rest is due one week before your event, and payments are welcome. Pay by card through your contract or by Zelle; Venmo or check on request.

What if we need to cancel?

Deposits and payments aren’t refundable, but you can reschedule within 30 days of your original date and everything you’ve paid goes toward the new one.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes, $100, and it’s refundable. It covers damage, a late departure or rental items you didn’t book. We keep a card on file in case costs go past $100, and we’ll always tell you before charging it.

If we clean up, do we still pay the cleaning fee?

Yes. The $100 cleaning fee applies to every event and covers a full clean so the venue is ready for the next group.

Who sets up the tables and chairs?

We do, the way you plan it with us before your event. Changes on the day are up to you.

What’s not allowed?

Glitter, confetti, sand, hay, rice, silly string and gel-like products, plus fireworks and sparklers. Candles are fine in glass holders that rise above the flame. Smoking and vaping are outdoors only.

Can we bring a bounce house, fog machine or pets?

Bounce houses and fog machines, yes. Pets are welcome outside on a leash; bring your own cleanup bags.

Can we hang decorations?

Yes. Tie banners and decor to the beams with fishing line, rope or ribbon. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape or markers on the walls, beams or floors.

What do we do at the end of the night?

Take home everything you brought, pop any balloons, and bag the trash for the dumpster by the gate. Leave tables, chairs and rented tablecloths in place. Turn off the lights, fans and speaker, close the garage door, lock up and close the gate behind you. We handle the rest.

Save your date.

Send the details and we’ll text you back within 24 hours to confirm. Nothing is charged until you approve the booking.
